Processing time for all orders is approximately 5–7 business days. Please note that some items may first need to arrive from our supplier before being shipped out to you.

Once shipped, estimated delivery times are:

• Sweden: 1–5 business days
• Europe: 4–10 business days
• International: 5–15 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on customs, carrier delays, holidays, or high-demand periods.

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been shipped.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes required by their country.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Rays Hair Vault is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
