Refund policy

At Rays Hair Vault, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any hair products that have been opened, worn, installed, brushed, dyed, altered, or tampered with.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must remain unused and in its original packaging
  • Security ties/bands must remain intact
  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue

Once reviewed, we will determine if a replacement, store credit, or refund is appropriate.

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Rays Hair Vault is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
