Orders & Shipping

How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 7-10 business days before shipment. Once shipped, delivery within Sweden usually takes 1–5 business days depending on your location.

Why is processing time different from shipping time?

Returns & Refunds

Do you accept returns?
Due to hygiene reasons, all hair products are final sale unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

What should I do if I receive the wrong item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be canceled within a short period after purchase before processing begins.

Can I swim with the hair?
Yes, but chlorine and salt water can affect longevity. We recommend rinsing and conditioning the hair afterward.
